The Rhoer Club consists of teens between the ages of 12 and 18 who are interested in honing leadership skills, engaging in community service and building a comradarie with like-minded teens. They meet monthly and are mentored by members of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, who guide them in their education and vocation. The program provides the teens with the energy, support and encouragement to develop and succeed. Rhoers are organized on a local, regional and national level.

"Being in the Rhoer Club we become close, sisters in our eyes. All the girls we meet are from difference places whether in the same Rhoer club or in different Rhoer clubs.... We help each other with schoolwork, even friendship issues at school. While we're together there will be ups and downs, but there's nothing like the sister's bond that we have for each other."

- an excerpt from the 2018 book Unmasked - Poetic & Artistic Expressions from Sigma Gamma Rho Rhoers of the Southeastern region.
