Since 1922,  Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.  has been enriching the community with

Greater Service and Greater Progress!

A collegiate organization, it is a part of the Divine Nine historically African-American sororities and fraternities in the National Pan-Hellenic Council.

It was founded by seven educators, and it is currently comprised of over 500 chapters in the U.S. and Internationally. 

The sorority visualizes a world in which all women and their families reach their full potential in all aspects of life and are able to create unlimited opportunities for future generations.

The Iota Kappa Sigma Chapter is the Alumnae chapter in Brevard County, Florida, and was chartered in 2002.
